There are numerous reasons that contribute to excess weight gain.  Several common reasons are insufficient knowledge of healthy eating, insufficient exercise, hormonal changes due to menopause and pregnancy, eating to cope with stress related to work, relationship difficulties, family issues, divorce and peer pressure. Our intervention programs address all areas of a person’s lifestyle and include Healthy Eating, A Personalized Physical Activity Program, Stress Management, Emotional Coping, Behavioral Modification Counseling and Health Coaching. Intervention programs are tailored to meet the needs of the individual client or tailored to include family members.
